Can someone please tell me if this looks like an Eisenhower type two No S? I think it's a rare Philadelphia mint type two bicentennial. If it is does anyone know hoe rare it is? thank you.

All the bicentennial coins are just about the least 'rare' coins there are. They didn't make quarters, halves, or dollar coins dated 1975. All made in '75 & '76 are of bicentennial design, from all mints so there should be about double the numbers of circulating bicentennial coins than there were the previous and following few years.

Yours is a type 2 reverse.

The rare 1976 no S Type II dollar is a proof coin and I believe it is unique. Philadelphia struck millions of Type II business strike coins with no mintmark. Your coin is one of those, it is NOT a proof coin.
