KM#13. Values listed in the 2007 34th Ed. 20th Century Krause are $6.50 G, $17.50 F, $25 VF, and $45 XF. Mintage at Manila (in Cu-Ni) was 10,000. No value difference is noted for the thick and thin planchet versions.

Stricly from the pictures, I'd put it in the F/VF range.
