1958 and earlier have the wheat reverse.

 

While this site does not have greasers, it does list a lot of error coins values. How realistic are they? I don't know. You'd have to do the research yourself to find out.

It's hard to tell. I am thinking 2000 or later.

 

It has to be a 2000 because it is a close AM. 1990 was a wide AM. So now you know how to date a cent with no date.

I think it is 200X. That last 0 looks to far from the rim.
