if it IS real, it's been cleaned. I don't like the looks of it.

 

I agree it looks too white for a coin with that amount of wear.

 

Pass by my eyes im not seeing it something isn't right...the condition is the major issues as even if it is the variety... what premium is suitable for a raw Morgan as such. When ever I see a mm that cannot be seen completely and has dark crud around it ...makes me believe that the mm was placed or messed with....I laugh at a bright coin whos mm is dark around the device. Wouldn't touch it looking like that.
Wont grade , and may be a problem to flip or sell. What is asking price?

The ding in the O is too low for a CC but I'm NAY expert
I'd say for a 1900 O/CC You'll want one in better condition so you don't have to wonder.

With the gunk around the MM, it is difficult to tell from the photo. Maybe in hand, but not from the photo. I'd go with NO, not a CC.
