1969S no FG

    This one has no fg. It isn't the 1969D which is the usual one people find. What do you guys/gals think?

    I can't see any traces of an FG. Might be legit, but I am no expert in varieties. Nice find.

    I also have a 1970 with no FG and a 1969D no FG.

    If there is truly no FG. I haven't been able to see any remnants at all with my microscope.
    Would that make it a new variety?

    Possibly but when i found an unlisted no FG and posted it here, people claimed it was common on a few of the 60s 70s coins and it was a glorified hyped up coin that shouldnt even be listed in the CPG or something like that
