is this the 1988 cent with the 89' initals

I see the line going across the top of the G?

I dunno. Your pic seems a little blurry. More light or a flash might help.

This is a pic of the one I found. I always look for the vertical serif.

 

I read somewhere that it has to show a straight line over the G. how would you know if it is one?
