1982 P misaligned, ddo, & spitting eagle?

    Hello, hope every1 had a pleasant weekend!! I received this with my change today @ the gas station-1982 P quarter, I believe with misaligned die, maybe some ddo, & is that a spitting eagle? Need some please! IMG_20150824_183732.jpg IMG_20150824_184340.jpg

    I'm here! Worked late :yuck:

    1) That is a MAD - Misaligned Die, see the Double Rim or False Rim and ony seen on the Obverse of the Quarter
    rim.JPG
    2) I don't see any evidence of DDO
    3) Spitting Eagle Variety is only known on the 1983 P Quarter (as far as I know)
