    around $15, but it's Civil War, not Colonial era.

    blurry picture in a holder.

    1) take bill out of holder
    2) take photo
    3) post photo.

    4) put bill back in holder

    it's not possibly anything, it's a Civil War era note from 1861, as I stated above.
