I found it on offer up

I've never seen one of these before. Did a quick search on eBay and didn't see any. What are they worth?

Those aren't pennies they are mint tokens cut from mint sets. They don't really have any value and there are tons of them on Ebay search P/D mint token.

 

You can get those in the mint gift shop. Not sure if they have much worth.

 

I collect almost all tokens but not those. Sure they're kinda neat when you see them for the first time but you can't do anything with them. The US Mint used to shove those into mint sets and other sets, don't know if they still do tho.

 

The junk boxes at the coin shops are usually full of them. One shop I know uses them to make elongated cents.
