    1886-O, it has obvious doubling on the mintmark and the words ONE DOLLAR. Is there a VAM number for this one?

    The rest of the letters are the same as far as the doubling goes.

    This error stuff sure gives one something to do on a Saturday Night when there is nothing to do! :goofer:

    i just cannot tell the difference between a true doubled die and a mechanical doubling ... I know what to look for technicaly, but i just cant find it.. so to me.. this looks MD MHO
