Arrrgh!!! Still Can't Positively ID This Cent's Variety

    Large 8 and Stars appears to be a Matron Head. Shows on page 104 of 2023 Red Book. I'm not sure on N-6 either @kanga and I could very well be wrong. I tried, good luck.

    Yeh, starting in the mid 1820's the Matron Head large cents get tough to ID since there are many varieties in each year.
    And the Braided Hair large cents (1839-1857) are worse.
    I haven't even begun to try to ID those varieties.
