    PL, proof-like. Or MS 66. Nice coin!! If not PL, then a sample of one of the very first strikes. But it sure looks PL. Looks like possible carbon spots below bust, if so.....then MS 64. The rims are nice as well, if those are not carbon spots, I would evaluate removing them if possible, would up the grade if they were gone. As you know at MS 65 there is quite a jump in value!! No PL types are listed in my catalogue, so it may be just a real nice strike. Have you tried some acetone?? Honestly a quick dip in eXest, (2 seconds), might get those offending spots, and leave the pristine fields. (hopefully, usually I find no mirror damage on proof Kennedys I dipped, et al). Could they be just spotty tarnish? carbon spots tend to have darker circular centers, these do not. Hard to tell from the photos. Shot with a Sony, DSC D10 ??
