    I went 63 FBL, the luster doesn't bounce off the coin. Like I would expect a gem.
    Could be the photos.

    Not surprised,it was hard to judge by a picture and Franklin doesn't seem to get enough attention these days,nice coin!!!:):)the grade fits the bell perfectly at the right crack.I actually can't remember the last GTG for a Franklin besides this one.

    Not much of a premium for FBL's on 48's P or D.

    This is because they had comparatively good strikes, as a result of fairly low mintages, and fresh die pairs.
