Post 'em up - the weirdest coin related items you have ever seen

    A fake 1877 cent, but that must not be all. The rims look like something's been cut and hollowed out so that you can put pictures (or a small amount of opium) inside.

    Big time fake, he guy bought it for what he thought was a great price, $50.00. Got it delivered, never even looking over the coin. He said he was too busy looking for more coins to purchase for his collection. Time past, he started putting coins in other books, got to this one, turned it over, BAM, 1861 on the other side. Ouch. Could not turn the seller in because when he went back to look over item description it said, "NOVELTY ITEM". I had nothing else to say to him. He just gave me the coin and smiled.
