    Kinda hard to tell, esp since I don't have my books here. But, it does look like the over date. If no one else chimes in before Monday I will look when I am in the office.

    I can't disagree with N-3, but there are a few markers that I would like to see to confirm it. My gut tells me N-3 state a.

    That spur on the second 1 looks like 1851/81 to me. I bet the die engraver face palmed when he realized he started punching the date upside down...
