OK the reverse of this looks like the Minotaur seated Indian style inside a tiny teepee. Love it.

Once again you beat me to another similar coin I was after (Mount Argaeus)....

I absolutely love it-----even if it is actually a 'Minotaur sitting Indian style inside a tiny teepee'...LOL

    Ahahaha, Noob nailed it!!

Yah, although I absolutely adore this sweet new coin of mine, I was devastated to discover that it didn't look like a "Minotaur sitting Indian style inside a tiny teepee"!!!

    :(

    Fantastic addition, big brother (congrats!!)

... oh, here is my dirty lil' disappointment ...

    ... eh-heh-heh ...

Yah, Noob's joke was so good that I had to try and find something that my coin kinda resembled, but the best I could manage was "Wall-E inside a tiny teepee" ... weak

Hey, I'm glad you won that lot, Bing. It was on my watch list as well. The only reason I didn't bid had nothing to do with the coin - I just got distracted by something else. It's got a great Argaeus, and a strong bust, which more than make up for the ragged flan in my opinion. (For whatever reason, one finds more ragged flans from C. C. than other provincial cities, so it's just the nature of the beast.)

Steve, I'm pretty sure your Minotaur is there. I can see his horns, it's just that his body is obscured behind a big pile of skulls and helmets. Yours has the bonus of a rocketship launching off the top of the minotaur's head and bursting out of the tepee.
