Sorry the photo is not great. I got a lot of 7 coins, including 2 TGs. This one is listed as R1. It cost me a tenner and I have only found 2 on the internet. One on acsearch for 60 euros and one currently on Vcoins for £77 (also scratched), so that has paid for the lot. Trebonianus Gallus Coin: Silver Antoninianus IMP CAE C VIB TREB GALLVS AVG - Radiate, draped bust right PROVIDENTIA AVGG - Providentia draped, standing facing, looking left, holding globe in right hand, transverse sceptre in left hand Mint: Rome (251 AD) Wt./Size/Axis: 4.27g / 22mm / - Rarity: R1 References: RIC 44 I might be able to improve on the scratch when I get home, I won't be able to eliminate it completely.
Nice T-Bone example, Pish ... I only have one very humble example ... Ummm, does anybody have any idea who is on my reverse? Answer: "things you don't want to say in prison"

Nice Steve, magic soup would sort that green out. Lovely coins Mat. My coin looks silver, not yellow orange, I just can't get the lighting right, might do better when I get home.
I only own one TG and it's nothing like the OP coin. I would most certainly give $10 for it. Heck, I'll offer you $20 right now. How's that for doubling your money? Anyway, my only: TREBONIANUS GALLUS AR Antoninianus OBVERSE: IMP CAE C VIB TREB GALLVS AVG - Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right. REVERSE: LIBERTAS PVBLICA - Libertas standing left, holding pileus and scepter Struck at Rome, 251-253 AD 3.5g, 21mm RIC 38
I caught that... still have a few Tenners from my living in Wales...Pushes that $10 in everyone's mind to $16 or so... BUT, take Der Bingle's offer of 20... in GBP!!!
Trebonianus Gallus 251-253 AR-Antonianus 30 percent silver bought for $40 Sorry low res, shot with webcam.
The Antioch mint output of Gallus has a very distinctive look to it. Trebonianus Gallus Obv:– IMP C C VIB TREB GALLVS P F AVG, Radiate, draped cuirassed bust right Rev:– MARTEM PROPVGNATOREM, Mars, walking right holding spear and shield Minted in Antioch. A.D. 251 - 253 Ref:– RIC 84. RSC 70
welcome, no name2015 ... the more, the merrier!! Ummm, but hopefully you'll figure-out how to post a slightly better photo of your new cool coin?
Just from what I can make out NoName's coin would appear to be:- IVNO MARTIALIS, Juno seated left, holding corn-ears and sceptre
