Ancients => Well, Ancient-enough, eh? (sweet Lorraine)

This is my 4th sweet, sweet coin from Lorraine (France) ... man, I absolutely love the coins from this region (cool artists, with my coin-taste!!)

... okay sure, maybe this baby isn't exactly ancient ... but I love you guys, so I wanted to give you first look at my newest coin!!

The correct rotation is the second pictured. Orient it with the initial cross in the legend.

Very cool, Steve. If I ever get into Medieval coins, you've convinced me to start with Lorraine.

 

Steve, those are the best Medieval coins I have seen in quite a while---incredibly detailed and eye-catching!!

I guess it's the Lorraine area---either way, I LOVE THEM!!

 

that's another awesome medieval coin stevex. that group of 4 is outstanding. those guys knew how to make some nice lookin' coins.
