old toned South Africa

    1897 2 1/2 Shilling

    My only South African coin. Thick dark original skin. There is luster peaking through. This one was from the Neuman sale.

    Very nice coin, I have many South African coins, but my oldest is an 1896 shilling, not in as good of shape as your 2 1/2 shilling.
