Came across this 1996 P quarter . It looks wrong. Shifted to the right. plus you can see a faint circle . Same size as a nickel. Plus rim is weird. What's up with this coin? Anything? Or am i over analyzing it?

It could be slightly misaligned, but we'd need to see the reverse to be sure. The faint circle could be from a rolling machine. It's not untypical for circulated clad coins to reveal a lot of the copper core on the edge. Analyzing coins helps you to learn. It's only when you start seeing things that aren't there that you run into trouble. Chris
