What error is this 1966 Quarter ??

    **I am a beginner in coin collecting and errors **
    I found this 1966 Quarter with a list of things that I see wrong with it.

    I have bought books and researched errors but i dont know exactly what to call this and if it has any value.
    Clipped planchet??

    Also, I have tons of error coins. How do you go about having someone look at them and grade/price them?

    Looks like the ole cut the quarter with a pair of pliers trick.

    Also have to say your picture taking ability's are better than average.
    Are they cell phone pics or camera?

    And well, thank you!
    All pics are taken with my cellphones default camera. No app or anything.
    Samsung Galaxy S 5. I actually just bought it on ebay the other day for $140. Well worth it. :)
