    Hi everyone,

I am new to coin collecting and decided to start off with 2015 american gold eagle because I love the way it looks! But I noticed that the hologram on mine is different than other holograms shown on websites. Could anyone shed some light on this? Is this something new or something i should be concerned about?

This is how mine looks like: Boxed in yellow is the hologram im talking about.

I'm not 100% sure but think it's fine. They change the slabs quite often.
Could you post an image of the obverse? Have you looked up the cert. #?

Looks genuine. FYI, since you mentioned being new at coin collecting, any time you buy gold or key date coins it should be certified. There are two top tier grading / certification companies, PCGS and NGC. ANACS is a close second. Ignore anything else. So the coin you bought was certified by PCGS and appears to be genuine. Not bad.
