I find it amazing neither wexler, or coneca has it listed . See if you can get a better image of the mint-mark . The close-up is to close to see ...

 

I will be talking to Bill about this coin in a few weeks. I would like to see it in hand. I am not seeing it even blowing the picture up at that site.

I apologize gentlemen. I've not been able to get on the site for some time. Hope everyone is doing fine. I also was able to find another variety which you may already know about. I didn't until today. I found this variety on ebay graded by ICG.
