Washington Smoot Edge latest PCGS populations

Could someone please post the number of Washington Smooth Edges that have been graded by PCGS so far and what was the date is was updated on? Thanks

MS63 182
MS64 2663
MS65 4605
MS66 810

Crap. I just paid $172 for a MS65. Sounds like I paid too much. What do you think?

 

any numbers for ms67, 68, 69 or 70 ?

 

PCGS has yet to grade any smooth edge GW higher than MS66.

OK, THX.. IS THAT BECAUSE THE SMOOTH EDGE ARE WEAKER STRIKES, OR BECAUSE THE WASHINGTON DOLLARS AS A WHOLE HAVE BEEN WEAKER STRUCK ?

At todays maket prices I think not in a PCGS holder. If these coins have a low of a mintage as some think it has, could be a bargin. Then again... who knows. Time will tell

 

They are not the only one's slabing smooth edge dollars.

 

Interesting. Anyone have that same info from NGC?

 

Not sure when the last update was but here is the NGC pop:

AU58 1
MS62 6
MS63 66
MS64 5326
MS65 12595
MS66 993
MS67 23

So between PCGS and NGC over 27,000 of these coins have already been graded.

 

AU-58??? So they are circulating....lol. I want to own the single 58 speciment!!

 

will be interesting to see when these numbers start to level off if they have not already. This will be a great thread to look at in the weeks and months ahead.

 

I bought 3 graded by NGC. One an MS-64 and the other 2 MS-65. I look forward to keeping track of them as well.
