He has employees taking care of the eBay transactions. Considering the 180000 feedbacks he received as a seller, a couple of neg's are to be expected, especially when dealing with items such as coins. Looking at some of the negative feedback, buyers complain mostly about expensive shipping fees or delayed delivery. Do folks buying from overseas really expect free next-day delivery? Do they forget about customs too?

I have had some coins go missing and never found. I received coins that were held declared lost and arrived 3 months later. I have had coins disappear for several weeks. It may take an international inquiry and a postal search investigation, but you might be able to find the coin. I was once told the recovery rate is about 70% once the item is in the US.

I hope you find your coin its always a shame that something can be lost for 2000 years be found observed, valued then lost again. If it is not found just hope the specimen is recovered again in the historical record and is not lost to time.
