I can say that I am fortunate in the fact that late Roman Silver is not very sought after by collectors.
Lets hope it stays that way!

great coins all...but man, i don't actually have alexander the great lifetime coin.:(

Maybe because it was issued by one of the most noted figures of the late Hellenistic? One of the last representations of an Alexander coin of unique style of the portrayal of Al? (The Fat Head Type.) I loved the coin since you first purchased it and I am glad you got it. I have a purse it would look great in.

    Story of my life.

but to a lesser degree...I would equate that to not have an Alexander of any kind.

    That competition hasn't been
a threat for 300 million years.

I have about a dozen Alexandros III tets and drachmae, and a bunch of Philip II AE's...wish I could post them. I am just too pooped to take any pics. Besides, I haven't attributed them.

    This purse is black.

I shot this since I got my loose change out of the bank to select the ones to shoot for my photo page (2015 version). I only use it for trips to the bank and usually make do with a smaller bag since I rarely take all home at once.

Before someone says there is room in the bag, I'll point out the thing weighs 59 pounds as it is. Yesterday was the first time I ever weighed it. Somebody buy my coins, please. I'm too old for a 60 pound purse (even one with wheels).
