ok i took some new pics of my Grandfather's coins. They are still huge sections but you can at least see the coins( I gotta figure out how to reduce the whole picture). Let me know if you think he cleaned them. Thanks again.

They don't look cleaned to me.

 

They are not cleaned, just a bit bagmarked, nicked,dirty etc. This sadly prevents them from getting MS grades if you decide to have them graded.

 

Bag marks will not prevent a MS grade, but will lower it. The peace dollar had some nicks, but I did not see any dirt. Of course the pictures are too blurry and not enough of the coin to guess at the grade. The morgans look natural(but I am not an expert) and not cleaned.

 

The only thing that can prevent a MS grade is if there is any sign of wear on the coin. IMO, they look fine to me, no cleaning that I can detect.
