I'd guess the same, although the scratch on the obverse (maybe) and the dig on the reverse (probably) would detail it. Kinda looks like the tip of the knife broke off and stayed in that reverse wound...
1) you can only have a GTG on slabbed coins, unless we are supposed to guess your grade 2) that said, you should have: Fine, cleaned, rev scratch.
I didn't even notice the piece of whatever stuck in that wound until I posted that picture on here. My first thought was "Cool!! Shrapnel!!. This coin was given to me by a friend. I was wondering if or hoping, someone would chime in who is a collector of these. It is a Mule. Supposedly, the reverse is the reverse of the five centavos from 1903.
