If NCS removes haze or ugly toning which reveals damage or corrosion on a coin then NCS didn't damage/destroy the coin. They merely uncovered what was already there when the coin was submitted. No, in that case they should not be held responsible.

Hee hee okay! It probably has a decent chance of going up, and even if it doesn't, a PF69 without haze is probably more desirable than a PF69 with haze. My fingers are still crossed for the ASE coming back PF70!
