I don't think you have a clash, but the "o" on the 5th column from the right might be a retained strikethrough (from "of"). I'm not sure because the reverse die would have to be the hammer die. Chris
Thanks you guys yeah it's pretty wild,I'am not really sure whats going on there but I think the alien face is real neat. Check it out I found another one and it's not the same date plus it's on the obverse. I had to give it the tooth pick test to make sure it was not just junk on the coin.
Thank's ken I must say that's the first I have seen plate blistering on the columns of a cent. What do you think about the other stuff going on with the first coin in this post? There's some wild anomaly's ANY INPUT?
well i guess if u can see an aliens face in a popped blister then u can see just about anything...if there was anything on that cent its so minor and so corroded an damaged its worth can never be more than 1 cent...
I love coins not money mister I would not care if it was worthless I would still think it's really cool. Thanks for your input god bless ya and have a great night.PLUS JUST TO LET YOU KNOW I'AM GOING THROUGH THOUSANDS OF 1988D CENTS TO FIND A REVERSE DIE 006 TO GIVE AWAY TO SOMEBODY I DON'T EVEN KNOW.
