It might be unique where PCGS grading is concerned, but there were more than 549K struck as opposed to 30,125 for the '95W. What percentage of that 549K do you think was submitted for grading? Even if one should ever get the 70 from PCGS, it surely wouldn't sell in the $5K-10K range like the '95W. I'd still take the '95W! Chris
There is a MS70 '99 up for $30k on eBay right now. Probably won't get it, but that is slightly higher than a 70 '95w.
I agree that a PF70 1995 W is probably worth more than a MS70 1999, because way more people recognize the 1995 W as being rare, thus more demand for it. Sort of like how some of the later 3CNs are a lot rarer than the 1909 S VDB 1C, but the 1909 S VDB is worth more because there's more demand for it.
