And it's terribly done too. Looks like it's done with permanent marker - might be removable using isoproponal(?)

 

In a world where I was in charge, this seller would be fined for doing this to a Morgan. The coin would then be confiscated and taken for an acetone treatment.

 

I have one like this but its a half dollar, well i think i still have it i might have cashed it in at the bank.

 

What an ugly coin. There's no way that's going to sell. Why would he want to ruin a nice morgan?

It's not just wrong, it was sloppily done, too.
