Doubled or Nothing - Opinions Please

I picked up an 1993 Lincoln Cent in a parking lot, and on impulse looked at it closely.
It appears to have superficial secondary lettering on the obverse (pls see date image),
and similar features on the reverse. Is this machined or is it die?

machine doubling ... i dont see split serrifs ....

 

Very interesting. I too think it's machine doubling, but an interesting specimen never-the-less. Thanks for posting the pic.
