what does this stand for?

    I have a coin graded by PCGS, its a PR69DCAM ??

    I know it is a proff coin, but what does the Dcam mean??

    so does it make it worth more than a reg Proof coin? or just an oppinion by PCGS?

    It would depend on the year of the coin. The newer the coin, the less premium you will get for deep cameo as the Mint has improved the quality of their proof process so most new proofs are deep cameo. If you are talking coins from the 50s or 60s, then a deep cameo coin will typically have a higher value than a regular proof without the cameo affect.
