Thanks Spirityoda. I appreciate your kind reply and the education which you have instilled within me regarding this coin. I am pleased to have found it, and I intend to add it to my (very) slowly growing collection of coins. Respectfully, Error66.
Thank You Seattlite86. I apologize for going off as I did. I am here to learn and make new acquaintences if possible. Perhaps I belong in a remedial forum. lol
1931 it is a keeper. I myself have recently really started liking Canadian coins again. especially the toned ones. my favorites are the toned 50 cent pieces. my main interests are in world coins.
As a new collector, I have begun with U.S. cents, although I have inherited a couple of Roman coins from 67 A.D. from Pompeii during the reign of Titus. I'm having difficulty, however, maintaining any form of social decorum on this site and I spend little time here. Thanks for sharing your interests w/ me. Have a great day!
Thanks for the welcome. I spend little time here s I am a new collector and the brilliant coins demonstrated asomewhat intimidate me and my silly cents. Yes, small world. I am in Waikiki.
coins are great. I loose myself in them. I can escape in their beauty. I have learned to be patient with coins. there is so much to learn. good thing it is a life long hobby. asking a lot of questions is how we all learn about coins. that is how we gain experience. I have been collecting coins for 17 years now. good luck in your next coin hunt. I look forward to seeing more pics from you.
Thanks. I also am losing myself in this hobby and look forward to a rewarding social merge with others of similar mind. Thanks for the support! Aloha. Did you have a chance to attribute/view my 1973 s double died cent?
Wow! That's some coin! I am impressed with your research and learned, informative details. And I shall in the future show both sides of my silly cents. Thank You for your learned advice and for reaching out. Peace, Error66.
