Antioch L - III apparently Legio - 3?

This coin is probably too Antioch there near the nape of the emperor anchor. She silvering, but all in stratifications patina and earth. Heavy and thick. There izobrezhen sign Legion written

I'd guess Antioch too, due to the 'standards' on the reverse----but the portrait and legend are two vague or unfamiliar for me to identify further....perhaps a little 'light' cleaning might reveal more of the legend and the legible Greek lettering??

And, it looks like an 'acsearch' is needed to help narrow the possibilities down unless one of the members can identify it, of course.

This silver coin of the city Rhesaena in Mesopotamia, I find it easy because it does not exist in the catalogs. Many coins anywhere Nat hto ones because it was already known to science.
