I think it goes without saying that as an organization, they care about counterfeits and knockoffs.

They did not care to take my information on the counterfeit slabs to protect others from getting hurt. That's what just happened when I called.

This was not an Asian man selling products from China. So they fooled me in being "VERY" interested in domestic counterfeiters of their products, which is what we have.
