For those of you that use Paypal credit such as I do, you are probably aware of the extra 1% eBay Bucks rewarded when using Paypal Credit. The actual promo name used for the additional 1% is "Bonus Bucks". The total reward is 3% (original 2% plus 1% bonus). In the past I never had any issue with receiving my 3% reward for purchases using PP Credit, but in reviewing my purchases for this month I noticed I am not being credited with the additional 1% although I paid with PP Credit. I called both eBay and Paypal and they are currently "investigating" the matter and will get back to me. It's only occurring on this month's purchases (June). Anyone else having this issue?
Yes, I've been having the same problem on both accounts we use. We always wait until we have at least $100 to buy, to meet the minimum, and I know that items in the business and industrial categories don't get ebay Bucks, but for the items that are elligible, we're only getting the standard 2%, the extra 1% isn't showing up. This started happening around June 1st, maybe even a few days in late May.
