I don't know if there is a genuine DDO 1969 cent, but I do know there was a fake 1969 DDO cent. It was what the Secret Service confiscating and destroying DDO cents in 69 which included 1969 S DDO cents.
Well what I see appears to be polishing around the date and other areas that were double at one time. Is it possible they tried to conceal the truth that there is a DD philly 1969
