Yesterday my wife asked me what I wanted for Father's day. Initially I said nothing, don't trouble your self...we will be spending the weekend up at our lake house, just us and the kids...I can't think of a better gift than that really. But I knew she would keep asking me to give her an idea, so her and the kids can get me something as a gesture to show that they love me enough to put up with me and my crap Anyhooo what just popped into mind was the Cherrypicker's guides. I really can't think of a better gift. For one, I'm going to start diving into the world of Washington Quarter varieties (in depth more so than the biggies) for my Washington Quarter Resource web site. I think these books would also be fun to use to hunt down other varieties with my kids....and wife if she were to magically get interested in this crazy hobby...but that's just crazy thinkin' there really Anyway, they'll be here Friday...WOOT!
Oh, my wife loves my hobby.... since I have done my collecting, I am now strictly a seller..............the money goes straight into "our" bank account.
It's great to have a loving family and it sounds like you have one . And that's something you earn . WTG !!!!!
Wow! Great wife & kids and great gift. She got a good deal on that Vol. ll. I think I paid $ 40.00 for mine.
Well all I can say is congratulations on two new great reference books on cherry picking coin. But more so congrats on being loved ,and appreciated being a good husband and father. That's priceless! Enjoy the weekend and happy father's day.
