    What a load of crap. The Bulgarians simply make these illegal to export so they have a way to demand bribes to get them out. The only science information that would have been relevant is forever lost by their laws. If they had laws like Britain there would have been documentation of the find spot. Now that their laws have lost this information, the coins themselves do not have any value except to collectors, (and those who wish their palms greased).
