They look like beat up pennies to me. It would be helpful if you listed each coin in a seperate post and describe what type of error you think it is. www.coppercoins.com, and www.doubleddie.com, both have excellent tutorials about error coins.
They were dated 1974 but they were made in 1973. I agree though the coin here is just plated post strike.
1972 cent = corrosion = 1 cent, dimes are damaged = 10 cent each, 1943 = normal steel cent = maybe 2 cents, 1973 = chrome or nickel plated cent done outside the mint = 1 cent...
