First, let's call 'em what they ARE -- halfpennies, not half cents. Cents - U.S. and Canada. Pennies - The U.K. and the British Empire, except a few hangers-on (present and former) who like "Cents," such as Hong Kong and Malaya. Regardless, I'd have bought them instantly, just like you did. The "old" coins sell well in Australia, I sell both coins and stamps there, on a blog.
Yay for 'pence'. Cents for BE pennies maddens me more than calling US cents, pennies. The latter is a historical hangover, the former is cultural arrogance. That said, it is impossible to see what condition the ones you got are in and you do not mention a price so I'd say a dime apiece would be about right.
Good find, I always look for such finds. As mentioned it is hard to grade them via the pics, but they all look collectible. Enjoy.
