What is this? (Arabic, probably Ottoman coin)

    About 20mm. I checked against Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, & Yemen (the Toughra suggests Ottoman to me) but have drawn a blank:

    I don't see a date on the coin - do you? Highly unusual.

    My first thought was Egypt/Morocco. I'll have to search a bit; I think I have that coin.
