1880H Straits Settlement 20 Cent Guess the Grade

    Here's one I was able to pick up fairly cheap. Im thinking somewhere between VF-XF any ideas

    I think a little ms70 will take off the ugly toning and bring out the luster. I did with a 1901 5 Cent it brought out the luster but also showed the cleaning that was hidden LOL. U can see before and after and the PCGS photo last
