Dime Die chip ?? Extra flicker on a flame... and others...

Check out the date to, is this die deterioration??

On the Reverse on the olive branch leaves, those look like Die Chips

 

the date does look like die deterioration, the dot on flame is a chip, the dot between us an u is normal..

 

Was that dime dipped in a gold wash or do you need to adjust your white balance?
