It is always a trade-off with shows...go the first day when inventories are high (but dealers are still looking forward to three days of sales)...go the last day when inventories are depleted, but dealers might be looking to unload some stuff rather than take it home.
Many dealers will leave early, but not all. A few will even leave Friday evening and not be there at all on Saturday It's still a decent show from opening on Saturday at 10am until around 1pm... then many will start to pack up, but deals can still get done for the next hour or two. But by around 3pm on Saturday, almost all of the dealers will be gone or will be near the later stages of packing up to leave. Still worth going on Saturday I think, but make sure to get there early and use those 3-4 hours of good show time wisely Mike
I have one too. No real close place to park. I do the nearest underground parking, and as I remember the few handicap spots were taken. Probably a lot of handicap dealers, who get there early, grab them.
I'll be there! We'll be driving down shortly to set up at our usual booth, #515 & #517 (just behind Heritage's booth). Please do stop by and say hi! I always love to meet Coin Talkers. The honest answer is there will be little action left. A lot of dealers spend the night Friday and then immediately start packing up Saturday morning to catch flights and what not. If you can make it Friday, it's certainly the better day. That's not to say that it isn't worth stopping by on Saturday if it's your only choice, though! Looking forward to seeing you again, Vic!
