    The Luster is incredible, I think that what you are seeing is planchet roughness. These marks should not be confused with bag marks that disturb the luster.

    well let me tell you... here is a roll of "S"s and a roll and a half of "D"s all bright shiny red... and if even one of em would grade 65 I'd be damn happy though most I expect would be MSRD at min :D but nothing to compare to the one above :D

    Looks like one of those infamous black spots that coins get sometimes. How it got on such a clean coin as this is beyond me. :confused:
