What's wrong with this hologram?

Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I am trying to decide whether I should buy this coin from an online dealer because I live in the middle of no where and the hologram looks fake. Is it actually fake or is it just a bad picture? Thanks in advance!

I think it is just the pic. Check out the coin on NGC look up and be sure of the return policy before you buy. TC

Do you mean the coin looks fake, or that the slab, its format, and its wording look fake?

The picture is blurry so I could not read the number but you can look it up here to see if it has been reported as fake.

Ask the seller for the number and a better photo

 

Looks like the sheet may have been misfed into the die cutting machine. Happens sometimes. Better picture would help. This is the generation of slabs where fakes first started appearing but I don't believe this is one of them.
