2015 Roosevelt Dime received in change

I received this 2015 Roosevelt dine this morning in change. It's the first 2015 I have received so far...as Ive been searching for them. There's a lot going on with this one.
Peeling skin, bubbles on his lips as well as a line through as well as connecting the 2- 0 in the date. Plus some loose ear wax issues.Ok Let's hear your thoughts...Here's the images.

Die clash caused peeling metal from die. I think Roosevelt's face??

 

I've found quite a few of them, does your have a ridge on the back side of Roosevelt head, theses seem to be very well struck, eyes are really crazy looking, I've found 2 like this so far, not sure if your has the ridge thing going on ...

 

compare the eyes of the 15 to a 14,the 15 is the top image.

Ya thats it, I think its from when the coin was struck .

 

It's raised medal .

 

So what causes that to happen ?

 

Well send it in and see what's going on . ....I would but ...
It would be de-listed in a month after it was given a new variety .

 

I'm clueless as as you can see there is extra medal all over this coin. In the date,eyes,ears,behind the head.
The peeling effect of the outer skin .

 

I am getting ready to send some coins into Mr. wiles .. Could be a good one to do ...

 

I can see some being die chips, but not the larger ones.

 

[ there may also be a die crack running north to south on the back of the skull. It kind of looks like the hair line.

 

The 2015-D has come nice one on the first band, and the last band too ...

 

compare the 2014 and 2015 ears. the top image is the 2014 ear looks natural. the lower image the 2015 has missing areas as well as extra medal. Notice the top of the lobe has a rectangular shape, The lower mid ear lobe has an area missing design, as the left there's a medal glob running out of the ear.

 

I just check, and all 3 of my have that, I don't have let say a regular 2015-P to compare too ...

 

now compare the two mouths the 2014 lips are tightly sealed, as the 2015 the lips are separated and have two spherical objects between the lips. see images....

 

I'm using a 2014 as comparison, as I only have the one 15 P

 

I'm going to take some images of the ear, I think the lobe is doubled .
